      • Yes, We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discovery, Venmo, Paypal.
      • You will be attended by the owner.
      • 20% percent will be added on top of the total fee.
      • In case a passenger vomits or has problems in retaining his/her own fluids, we will apply an extra charge to the fee.
      • If we have to pick you up at the airport, our maximum waiting time will be 1 hour.
      • If you need us to pick you up at your home, office or any other location, our maximum waiting time will be 30 minutes.
      • If there is no contact with the passenger after the expiration of the times explained above, our fees will be charged in full.
      • Yes, the company can provide infant car-seats for an extra charge.
      • Yes, we can transport pets, in the case of cats and small birds they must travel in their respective crates.

        Dogs can travel free.

      • No, We are not responsible for forgotten items, please before get out from the vehicle please double check, don’t forgett your belongest.
      • Yes, 10% will be added in your invoice.
